normalmente los amd son 1.3-1.35v stock hasta 1.4 es seguro diria yo mas d 1.4 anda teniendo idea d buscar un Disipador mejro q el stock ^^

Yo creo q a 1.39V deberias tirar bien los 4 core sino 3 y sino deja en 2 y hacele OC

Metele 1.40 de Vcore e intenta desbloquear, si no te funca ahi el 4to marchaste...
